BLACK   SEA COUNTRIES BAR ASSOCIATION                                                         < BCBA >                         RESOLUTION OF THE 14 th GENERAL ASSEMBLY                                 November 14,2009,Istanbul,Turkey 1-       Modifies the Statutes of the BCBA, in order to reduce the mandates of the President, Vice- President and General Secretary to a period of one year and to elect the Future President one year in advance.   2-       Elects the Ankara Bar Association as President of the BCBA, the Chisinau Bar Association as Vice- President of the BCBA and the Sofia Bar Association as General Secretary of the BCBA for 2009- 2010.   3-       Elects the Bucharest Bar Association as the President of the BCBA for t he period 2010- 2011.   4-       Approves the General Secretary Activity and the Finalcial Report.   5-       Decides to create a Commission for modernizing the BCBA Statues, commission composed by one member from each bar associations members and the former BCBA presidents.   6-       Appoints Mr. Vedat Ahsen Coşar as President of the Commission.   7-       Decides to postpone, due to finalcial reasons, the procedures to become a collective member of International Bar Association for the 15 th BCBA General Assembly.   8-       Accepts with unanimous decision Giresun Bar Association as collective member of BCBA.   9-       Decides to organize the next General Assembly in Sofia, in September 2010.   10-   Supports Samsun’s Bar Association “CYBER LAW” Program. The General Assembly highly appreciates the presence of Mr. Sami AKL, UIA Regional Secretary for the Near and Middle East. The General Assembly , in unanimity, gives by this document a power of attorney to Mr. Mihai TANASESCU and/or to Mrs. Flavia TEODOSIU, representatives of the Bucharest Bar Association, to all the necessary steps in order   to register the changing of the Statutes mentioned at point 1 of the present resolution to the competent Court of Bucharest and to all the necessary authorities. The General Assembly expresses its gratitude to Mr. Muammer AYDIN, President of the İstanbul Bar, and to the Istanbul Bar for hosting this event. This document was signed in İstanbul, Turkey, on November 14,2010, in 14 originals.     Karadeniz Ülkeleri Baroları Birliği 3 - Bükreş Barosu Başkanı   2010-2011 dönemi  için BCBA   Birlik Başkanlığına şeçilmiştir. 4 -Faaliyetler ve Mali Rapor onaylanmıştır. 5 –Tüzüğü modernize etmek için bir komisyon kurulmasına, bu komisyonun, üye barolardan birer üye ve geçmiş BCBA Başkanlarından oluşmasına karar verilmiştir. 6 - Sayın Vedat Ahsen Coşar   oluşturulan  Komisyonun Başkanlığına atanmıştır. 7 – Komisyon çalışmaları kararı, finansal nedenlerle, daha sonra görüşülmek üzere 15 inci   BCBA Genel Kuruluna ertelendi.8 - Oybirliği ile Giresun Barosu’ nun  BCBA topluluğu üyesi olmasına karar verilmiştir. 9 - Eylül 2010 yılında sonraki Genel Kurulun Sofya’ da   organize edilmesine karar verilmiştir. 10 -Samsun Barosu "Cyber Law" (Bilişim Hukuku) programını düzenlemekle üstlendirilmiştir...Genel Kurul UIA Yakın Orta Doğu   Bölge Sekreteri  Bay Sami AKL’ yi    takdir etmiştir.   Genel Kurul, , bu belgeyle  Bükreş Barosu temsilcileri Sayın Mihai  Tanasescu   ve/veya Bayan Flavia TEODOSIU’ yu 1. madde de belirtilen tüzük değişikliklerine ilişkin mevcut sonucu yetkili Bükreş mahkemesi   ile diğer gerekli tüm makamlara  bildirmek üzere gerekli adımları atmak konusunda oy birliği ile yetkili kılmıştır.   Genel Kurul  İstanbul Barosu Başkanı Sayın Muammer Aydın’ a , İstanbul Barosu''na bu etkinliğe yaptığı ev sahipliği için minnettarlığını ifade eder. Bu belge 14 Kasım 2010 tarihinde İstanbul, Türkiye’ de, 14 nüsha imzalanmıştır. 14. Genel Kurul    14 Kasım 2009, İstanbul, Türkiye BCBA Genel Kurulu   14 Kasım 2009’ da İstanbul, Türkiye’ de yapıldı ve aşağıdaki kararlar almıştır: 1 – Başkan, Başkan Yardımcısı, Genel Sekreterin yetkileri 1 yıllık süreye indirgenerek gelecek bir   yıllık başkan seçimine yol açmak için BCBA tüzüğü değiştirilmiştir. 2 - Ankara Barosu Başkanı BCBA Birlik Başkanlığa,  Kişinev Barosu Başkanı BCBA Birlik Başkan yardımcılığına ve Sofya Barosu Başkanı BCBA Birlik Genel Sekreterliğine 2009– 2010 dönemi için şeçilmiştir.
